You can offer your printed photos as a gift to guests, but why not ask for a little generosity for extra prints? Each group gets one free picture, but it's $5 a print after that.
FREE FOR SPECIAL GUESTS
Are the 4H kids having a show? Offer them free pictures with their animals! Want recognize special guests? Give them tickets for the booth as a thank you, then sell tickets for the booth to the general public.
Have a contest
Announce the photo booth with your advance marketing. Sign up photo booth sessions before the event. Then announce that your favorite picture will receive a prize after the event. Announce it on your social media to generate interest for the next event!

You are welcome to set up display tables or other items near the booth to attract attention while guests wait their turn. Make all the digital images available for download from your website or social media. Send out an email blast featuring your favorite pictures and instructions on how to get access to all the pictures online. WE ARE A MARKETING EXPENSE!
get a "Celebrity"
Do you have a mascot we can dress up for the photos? Is there a person on your committee you'd love to turn into your mascot? Do you have a "celebrity" at your event who would take pictures with guests? The Rodeo Queen? The Mayor? Who do you know that people want to meet?
