Our Live Perfomance Policy

Our "photo booth" is a mobile portrait studio. We will be assisting your guests in choosing and putting on our costumes, and we will also be posing for them and helping them make stylistic choices. WE MUST BE IN THEIR PERSONAL SPACE.

Therefore, we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, especially when substances are present. Our team is committed to being energetic and engaging with your guests as audience members, helping create a memorable event. So long as all parties agree to behave respectfully, we will have a good time. If anyone on our staff is made to feel uncomfortable, we will end the performance and pack up our gear.

Overt racism, sexism, or hostility towards any group of people based on expression, identity, religion, or disability will not be tolerated by our staff.

Please supply the most accurate information possible so we may convert this into your official Old West Photo Booth contract. The parties listed in the section below are responsible for payment and the agreements made in this document.

Having read this, you understand that the photographer is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the behavior of the guests being photographed. If you are booking us for a corporate party, wedding, or private event where substances are consumed, YOU are responsible for the good conduct of your guests.

Payment Method

I UNDERSTAND THAT I (the contracting party) WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

15x15' ( or similar) square foot area in a CORNER LOCATION without nearby doors
Access to electricity with in 15' (unless you've requested a generator)
Access to the venue AT LEAST one and one-half hours prior to the event start time.

I, the contracting person, understand that payment is due on or before the event date (Government entities and religious organizations may have up to Net-30 terms).

I understand that the G.A.'s Old West Photo Booth focuses on QUALITY over quantity. We will try to photograph as many people as possible without sacrificing quality. Not following our recommendations or poor behavior will AWLAYS negatively impact the quantity of photos printed on site.
